Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และอุปสรรคของกระบวนการเทียบโอน ผลการเรียนของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหลักสูตรเทียบโอน วิเคราะห์ความต้องการและความคาดหวังของ ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และเสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงนโยบายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมุ่งเน้นบริบทของ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลจาก นักศึกษา และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ผ่านแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กระบวนการเทียบโอนในรูปแบบเดิมมีข้อจำกัดหลายประการ ได้แก่ ความล่าช้าใน ขั้นตอน ความไม่ชัดเจนของเกณฑ์พิจารณา และระบบเอกสารที่ขาดความเป็นระบบ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการ วางแผนการเรียนและความเชื่อมั่นของผู้เรียน อย่างไรก็ตาม กระบวนการที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงในปีการศึกษา 2567 มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ทั้งในด้านความรวดเร็ว ความชัดเจนของขั้นตอน และความพึงพอใจของ ผู้ใช้บริการ นักศึกษามีความคาดหวังต่อการพัฒนาระบบติดตามผลและแจ้งเตือนที่เข้าถึงง่าย ขณะที่อาจารย์ที่ ปรึกษาเสนอให้เสริมบทบาทด้านการประสานงานและสนับสนุนด้านข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้มิได้วิเคราะห์เพียงปัญหาเชิงระบบ หากยังนำเสนอแนวทางที่สามารถนำไป ประยุกต์ใช้ทั้งในระดับนโยบายและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อยกระดับกระบวนการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนให้มี ประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส และสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของการจัดการศึกษาที่ตอบสนองบริบทปัจจุบัน ของ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

This study aims to investigate the current conditions, challenges, and constraints associated with the credit transfer process for undergraduate students enrolled in the transfer program, with a specific focus on the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. It also seeks to explore the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders and to propose policy and procedural improvements that enhance the effectiveness and transparency of the process. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews with students and academic advisors. The collected data were analyzed through content analysis to identify key themes and insights. The findings indicate that the former credit transfer process faced several limitations, including procedural delays, ambiguous evaluation criteria, and ineffective document management systems. These issues hindered students’ ability to plan their academic progress and reduced trust in the administrative process. However, the revised process, implemented in the 2024 academic year, demonstrated notable improvements in operational efficiency, procedural clarity, and user satisfaction. Students expressed a strong need for more accessible tracking and notification systems, while academic advisors emphasized the importance of enhancing their role in coordination and information support. This research contributes both a diagnostic assessment and practical recommendations at the policy and implementation levels. The proposed enhancements aim to establish a more efficient, transparent, and student-centered credit transfer system that aligns with the strategic objectives of higher education management in the Faculty of Business Administration at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.
