The increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) poses challenges for power distribution networks, including power losses, voltage instability, and higher operational costs. Integrating renewable energy sources like solar farm (PV) systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS) can help mitigate these issues. However, optimizing the placement and sizing of EV charging stations (EVCS), PV, and BESS is complex due to uncertainties in EV charging behavior and renewable generation, requiring advanced optimization techniques. This study employs Monte Carlo simulations along with genetic algorithms (GA), particle swarm optimization (PSO), differential evolution (DE), and quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithms (QEA) to optimize EVCS, PV, and BESS placement in the IEEE 33- bus distribution system. Stochastic modeling of EV loads and renewable energy fluctuations is incorporated, alongside an advanced reconfiguration algorithm to improve grid resilience and stability. Simulation results show that high EV penetration significantly affects voltage stability and power losses, particularly at 50% and above. Optimized PV and BESS integration reduces power losses by up to 33% and minimizes CO2 emissions. The proposed Monte Carlo-based approach outperforms traditional methods, providing accurate insights for efficient and sustainable EV-grid integration.en
