การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ

Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ผลงานการแสดง ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ การวิจัยใช้วิธีการศึกษาค้นคว้าจากเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนาฎศิลป์ไทย โดยนำความรู้และรูปแบบการถ่ายทอดท่ารำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญนาฏศิลป์ไทย โขนลิง โดยได้รับการประดิษฐ์ท่ารำจากคุณคุณครูวิโรจน์ อยู่สวัสดิ์ ที่มีความสามารถด้านการแสดงนาฏศิลป์ ไทยโดยเฉพาะตัวโขนลิง และการประพันธ์บทจากคุณครูสมชาย ฟ้อนรำดี ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านนาฏศิลป์ไทยโขนลิงโดยที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญและเป็นที่ยอมรับในวงการนาฏศิลป์ไทย มาสร้างสรรค์การแสดงเพื่อพัฒนา เป็นหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ สำหรับผู้เรียนนาฏศิลป์ไทยโขนลิง วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป์สุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 11 คน โดยใช้เครื่องมือการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง 2) แบบประเมินความรู้ 3) แบบประเมินทักษะ และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้วิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน การวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าความยากง่าย และการหาค่าความสอดคล้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ชุด ฉุยฉายมัจฉานุ ได้สร้างผลงานนวัตกรรมการ แสดงนาฏศิลป์ไทยโขนลิง ประเภทลิงเด็กสามารถเป็นต้นแบบการสร้างสรรค์สำหรับตัวละครอื่นได้ ผลการวิจัยด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียนที่ได้รับจากหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม สามารถเสริมศักยภาพของผู้เรียนได้ ผู้เรียนสามารถนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อวิชาชีพ สร้างเสริมรายได้ให้ตนเองและครอบครัวได้ และจากการแบบประเมินผลความพึงพอใจของผู้เรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตร พบว่า ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทุกด้าน คือ (X̅) เท่ากับ 4.86 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) เท่ากับ 0.04

The research titled "Development of a Training Course for Chu Chai Machanu" has the following objectives: 1) to create a performance and develop it into a training course for Chu Chai Machanu, 2) to study the learning outcomes from the development of the training course for Chu Chai Machanu and 3) to study the satisfaction of learners with the development of the training course for Chu Chai Machanu. This research used research documents from related studies, expert consultation, and knowledge from specialists in Thai dance drama. The knowledge and techniques of the Khon Ling (monkey) dance were adapted into the training course. The dance moves were choreographed by Viroj Yusawat, a skilled Thai dance drama artist specializing in Khon Ling (monkey) characters. The script was written by Somchai Fonramdee, a recognized expert in the field of Khon Ling (monkey) dance drama. This research created a performance to develop into a training course for Chu Chai Machanu for 11 students at Suphanburi College of Dramatic Arts. The research tools included: 1) structured interviews, 2) knowledge assessments, 3) skill assessments and 4) satisfaction assessments regarding the Chu Chai Machanu training course. Qualitative data analysis was conducted through content analysis of student achievements. Quantitative analysis employed statistics such as mean, standard deviation, item difficulty, and index of item-objective congruence (IOC). The results of the research showed that the development of the Chu Chai Machanu training course created an innovative performance in the genre of Khon Ling (monkey) dance, specifically for young monkey characters, which can serve as a model for creating performances for other characters. The learning outcomes from this training course enhanced students’ capabilities by allowing them to apply the acquired knowledge for professional benefit, thus increasing their income and supporting their families. The satisfaction assessment of the students towards the course was at the highest level, with an overall mean across all dimensions (X̅) is 4.86 with a standard deviation (SD) of 0.04.
