แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือยข่ายในพื้นที่การท่องเที่ยว ตำบลโคกสูง อำเภอโคกสูง จังหวัดสระแก้ว

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับศักยภาพในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว 2) อิทธิพลของการจัดการท่องเที่ยวแบบมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย ที่มีต่อศักยภาพในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว และ 3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ

กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชนในเขตพื้นที่ตำบลโคกสูง จำนวน 357 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเลือกวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยจำแนกตามสัดส่วนจำนวนหมู่บ้าน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารหน่วยงานภาครัฐ เจ้าของธุรกิจและภาคเอกชน ผู้นำชุมชนและประชาชน จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ศักยภาพในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว มี 8 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านคุณค่าและความสำคัญของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และด้านการบริการที่พักมีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด 2) การจัดการท่องเที่ยวแบบมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย ด้านเงื่อนไขการก่อเกิดความร่วมมือและด้านบทบาทผู้นำการสร้างความร่วมมือ มีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อศักยภาพในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการจัดโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์อย่างเป็นทางการมีอิทธิพลทางลบ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของภาคีเครือข่าย มี 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ด้านเงื่อนไขการก่อความร่วมมือ (2) ด้านการจัดโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์อย่างเป็นทางการ (3) ด้านบทบาทผู้นำการสร้างความร่วมมือ และ (4) ด้านศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยว

This research aims to: 1) study the level of potential in tourism management, 2) examine the influence of participatory tourism management by stakeholder networks on the potential for tourism management and 3) propose guidelines for developing tourism management through the participation of stakeholder networks. The research is a mixed-methods study combining both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sample group consisted of 357 residents of Khok Sung Subdistrict, selected through stratified random sampling based on the proportion of villages. Key informants included government agency executives, business owners, private sector representatives, community leaders, and citizens, totaling eight individuals. Research tools included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Statistical methods used in the research included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that: 1) tourism management potential has eight aspects, with an overall high average level. The aspect of the value and importance of tourist attractions had the highest average, while the aspect of accommodation services had the lowest average. 2) Participatory tourism management by stakeholder networks, particularly conditions for collaboration and leadership roles in building cooperation, had a significant positive influence on tourism management potential at the .05 significance level. In contrast, the aspect of formal relationship structures had a significant negative influence at the .05 significance level. 3) The proposed guidelines for developing tourism management through the participation of stakeholder networks included four areas: (1) conditions for collaboration, (2) formal relationship structures, (3) leadership roles in building cooperation and (4) tourism potential.
