การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันทักษะดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบทักษะดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบทักษะดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำนวน 392 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.988 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สถิติสำเร็จรูปเพื่อคำนวณหาค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบทักษะดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความสามารถ ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ คุณลักษณะ และสมรรถนะ 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมของทักษะดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี พบว่า โมเดลสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า Chi–Square=71.801 ค่า df=58 ค่า p–value= 0.105 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI)=0.981 ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI)= 0.939 และค่าประมาณความคลาดเคลื่อนของรากกำลังที่สองเฉลี่ย (RMSEA) = 0.025

This research aimed to: 1) examine the components of digital skills of educational administrators in the 21st century under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani and 2) validate these digital skills components for educational administrators in the 21st century under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani. A sample of 392 teachers under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani was selected for this research using multi– stage sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on a 5–point Likert scale, with an overall reliability coefficient of 0. 988. The data were analyzed using statistical software to calculate frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations and confirmatory factor analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The digital skills components of educational administrators in the 21st century under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani consisted of five components: competence, knowledge, experience, attributes and competency. 2) The validation results confirmed that the model was consistent with empirical data, with the following fit indices: Chi– Square= 71.801, df=58, p–value=0.105, Goodness of Fit Index (GFI)=0.981, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI)=0.939 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA)=0.025.
