การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันสมรรถนะผู้บริหารถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบที่สมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี จำนวน 315 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สถิติสำเร็จรูปเพื่อคำนวณหาค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี มี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ความรู้ ทักษะ และ แรงจูงใจ 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรีพบว่า สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า Chi-Square = 73.286 ค่า df = 67 ค่า p = 0.280 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) = 0.970 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) = 0.946 และค่าประมาณความคลาดเคลื่อนของรากกำลังที่สองเฉลี่ย (RMSEA) = 0.017

The aims of the study were to: 1) investigate the components of school leadership competencies within the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi and 2) confirm the components of school leadership competencies within the Secondary Education Service Area Office Saraburi. The samples consisted of 315 teachers from the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi, selected through a multi-stage sampling method. The research tool employed was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, with the overall reliability of the questionnaire measured at 0.99. Data were analyzed using statistical software to compute frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and confirmatory factor analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) the components of school leadership competencies within the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi are identified as knowledge, skills, and motivation and 2) the confirmatory analysis of the components of school leadership competencies within the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Saraburi showed that the model is consistent with the empirical data, with Chi-Square = 73.286, df = 67, p = 0.280, Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.970, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) = 0.946 and Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.017
