The purposes of this research were to 1) develop the weight control curriculum for mathayomsuksa 1 students, Depsirinklongsipsam Pathumthani School, 2) compare the pre-test and post-test of the students, 3) compare the students habits before and after having studied food consumption and exercise, and 4) compare the body mass index (BMI) both before and after having studied the weight control curriculum. The samples of the research were 30 overweight students of Debsirinklongsibsam Pathumthani School who volunteered in this research. Research instruments were 1) curriculum evaluation form, 2) achievement test on food consumption and exercise with the difficulty index at 0.70 and the discriminative index at 0.24, and 3) a questionnaire on food consumption and exercise with the reliability ranged between 0.70 and 0.87. Mean (𝑥𝑥̅), standard deviation (S.D.) and dependent samples t-test were used for data analysis. The findings showed that 1) the curriculum consisted of the importance of the problem, objectives, goals, content, teaching activities, instructional media and assessment with evaluation index. corresponding (IOC) of the curriculum between 0.93-0.96, 2) the post-test on food consumption and exercise was statistically significant higher difference than the pre-test at the levels of .01, 3) the students’ habits evaluation on food consumption and exercise after having studied was statistically significant higher difference than the before at the levels of .01, and 4) the body mass index (BMI) after having studied was statistically significant higher difference than the before at the levels of .01.
