The objective of the independent study was to examine demographic and marketing mix factors which influenced consumers’ buying behavior of bikes for their health in Bangkok and its suburbs. The sample of the study consisted of 400 people who biked for health in Bangkok and its suburban areas. Questionnaires were distributed to collect the data. Statistics used to analyze the data included average, frequency, and standard deviation. Statistical hypothesis testing included Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. The results of the study showed that the majority of consumers who biked for their health were male, aged 40-49 years, single, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and employed by private enterprises. Their monthly income was over 40,000 baht. The results revealed that concerning the consumers’ behavior a response aspect was placed at a high level of importance and a type of bicycle was rated at the highest level of importance. In addition, regarding marketing mix factors a product aspect was placed at a high level of importance, which included performance and durability. In conclusion, marketing mix factors such as product, price, and distribution channel were related to consumers’ behavior towards purchasing bicycles in terms of a response aspect.
