การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การเลือกขนาดตัวอย่างและการใช้สถิติที่เหมาะสมกับการวิจัย สำหรับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การเลือกขนาดตัวอย่างและการใช้สถิติที่เหมาะสมกับการวิจัย สาหรับบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการ คณะแพทยศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ3) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุนวิชาการ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2557 จานวน 30 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสมัครใจเข้าร่วมอบรมเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วย หลักการและเหตุผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม วัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้างหลักสูตร แผนการฝึกอบรม สื่อการฝึกอบรม และ การวัดและประเมินผล 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม พิจารณาจากผลการวิเคราะห์คะแนน พบว่า คะแนนของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม หน่วยที่ 1 เรื่องการคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่าง และ หน่วยที่ 2 เรื่องการเลือกใช้สถิติที่สอดคล้องกับขนาดตัวอย่าง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้น 1.53 และ 3.13 ตามลำดับ และคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการฝึกอบรม เรื่องการคำนวณขนาดตัวอย่าง ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ( =.129) ส่วนคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการฝึกอบรม เรื่องการเลือกใช้สถิติที่สอดคล้องกับขนาดตัวอย่าง มีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 และ 3) ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่าผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were to 1) develop a training program on the use of statistics for health research for academic supporting staff in the Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University, 2) study the results from implementation of the training program, and 3) investigate the satisfaction of the participants toward the training program. The sample used in the study was 30 academic supporting staff in the Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University, in 2014 academic year selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a test of knowledge before and after the training. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and comparison of means. The research results were as follows. 1) The training program comprised principles and rationale, objectives, structure, activities, materials and assessment of the training program. 2) Achievement of the trainees Based on the results of the analysis of participants’ scores, it was found that the means after the training of Unit 1 “Sample Size Calculations” and Unit 2 “Selection of Statistics Appropriate to the Sample Size” were increased at 1.53 and 3.13 respectively. The mean after the training on the topic of “Sample Size Calculations” was different with no statistical significance at the level of .05 while the mean after the training on the topic of “Selection of Statistics Appropriate to the Sample Size” was different with statistical significance at the level of .05, and 3) The evaluation of the training program revealed that the average satisfaction of participants toward the training program was at the high level.
