ผลการพัฒนาครูตามโครงการพัฒนาครูด้วยการสร้างระบบพี่เลี้ยง Coaching and Mentoring ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาตาม การรับรู้ของครู: กรณีศึกษาสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับของผลการพัฒนาครูตามโครงการพัฒนา ครูด้วยการสร้างระบบพี่เลี้ยงสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถาน ศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานี 3) ผลการพัฒนาครูตามโครงการพัฒนาครูด้วยการสร้างระบบ พี่เลี้ยง Coaching and Mentoring ที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 227 คน ได้จากโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามโครงการพัฒนาครูด้วยการ สร้างระบบพี่เลี้ยงและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา เท่ากับ0.889 และ0.849 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับผลการพัฒนาครูตามโครงการพัฒนาครูด้วยการสร้างระบบ พี่เลี้ยง อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษาอยู่ ในระดับมากทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน และ 3) ผลการพัฒนาครูตามโครงการพัฒนาครูด้วยการสร้าง ระบบพี่เลี้ยงCoaching and Mentoringส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เรียงตาม ลา ดับ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 (x[subscript3]) การสอนงานและการเป็นพี่เลี้ยง (X[subscript2]) การฝึกอบรมในงาน (X[subscript1]) สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดปทุมธานีได้ร้อยละ 78.10 เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน คือ Z’y = 0.150X[subscript1] + 0.352X[subscript2] +0.433X[subscript3]

The purposes of this research were to study 1) the effectiveness of teacher development by using the Process of Coaching and Mentoring System in secondary schools in Pathum Thani, 2) the effectiveness of the schools in the project, and 3) the effectiveness of teacher development using the Process of Coaching and Mentoring System which affected the effectiveness of secondary schools in Pathum Thani. The sample was 227 teachers from the secondary schools in Pathum Thani. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. The research instrument was 5point-Likertscale questionnaires. The internal reliability of the questionnaires used for the Process of Coaching and Mentoring System assessment and for the school effectiveness assessment was 0.889 and 0.849 respectively which indicated a high level of reliability. The statistics used for data analysis were average, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) the effectiveness of teacher development by using the Process of Coaching and Mentoring, both as a whole and as an individual aspect, was high, 2) the effectiveness of the secondary schools, both as a whole and as an individual aspect, was also high, and 3) the teacher development using the Process of Coaching and Mentoring System affected the effectiveness of the secondary schools in the aspects of 21st century skills (X[subscript3]), coaching and mentoring (X[subscript2]), and on the job training (X[subscript1]) respectively. These findings also revealed that the effectiveness of the secondary schools in Pathum Thani was at 78.10 percent. The standard score regression equation was Z’y = 0.150X[subscript1] + 0.352X[subscript2] + 0.433X[subscript3].
