Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the academic administration of Bang Bua Thong District educational institution administrators under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2, and 2) compare the academic administration of Bang Bua Thong District educational institution administrators under Nonthaburi Primary Education Service Area Office 2 classified by gender, education level, and administration experience. Sample groups included 130 administrators of Bang Bua Thong District educational institution under the Office of Primary Education Nonthaburi Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis included percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the academic administration of Bang Bua Thong District educational institution administrators under the Office of Primary Education Nonthaburi Office 2 was at a high level both in the overall and individual aspects. Moreover, the comparison results of academic leadership of Bang Bua Thong District educational institution administrators under the Office of Primary Education Nonthaburi 2 classified by gender, education level, and work experience were not different with the statistical significance level of 0.05.
