แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกสหกิจศึกษาในสถานการณ์แบบปกติใหม่ (New Normal) กรณีศึกษาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสุขภาพและความงาม คณะการแพทย์บูรณาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคของการฝึกสหกิจศึกษาในสถานการณ์ แบบปกติใหม่ (New Normal) 2) ความต้องการของสถานประกอบการที่ต้องการรับนักศึกษาเข้าฝึกสหกิจศึกษา และ 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการฝึกสหกิจศึกษาให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทดังกล่าว กรณีศึกษาหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสุขภาพและความงาม คณะการแพทย์บูรณาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยใช้วิธีวิจัย แบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา 19 คน อาจารย์นิเทศ 8 คน และสถานประกอบการ 9 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) และแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน โดยแบบสอบถามมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.96 สำหรับนักศึกษาและอาจารย์นิเทศ และ 0.95 สำหรับ สถานประกอบการ ส่วนแบบสัมภาษณ์มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.93 สำหรับนักศึกษา 0.90 สำหรับอาจารย์นิเทศ และ 0.94 สำหรับสถานประกอบการ โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักศึกษา อาจารย์นิเทศ และสถานประกอบการ ต่างประสบปัญหาและอุปสรรค จากมาตรการป้องกันโรค รูปแบบการนิเทศออนไลน์ และการจำกัดการให้บริการ ซึ่งส่งผลให้โอกาสปฏิบัติงานจริงลดลงและเพิ่มภาระงานด้านการประสานงาน 2) สถานประกอบการมีความต้องการนักศึกษาที่มีความรับผิดชอบ ทักษะการสื่อสาร ความยืดหยุ่น และความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ตลอดจนต้องการการสนับสนุน จากมหาวิทยาลัยที่ชัดเจน และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกสหกิจศึกษา ควรเน้นการเตรียมความพร้อม ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ การนิเทศเชิงรุก การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการติดตามผล และการเลือกสถานประกอบการที่มีมาตรฐานด้านสาธารณสุข โดยภาพรวมความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการสหกิจศึกษาให้มีความยืดหยุ่น โปร่งใส และลดภาระงานซ้ำซ้อน อีกทั้งเป็นแนวทางนการพัฒนาการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษา การนิเทศ และความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะและสถานประกอบการให้เหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์แบบปกติใหม่ (New Normal)

This study aimed to 1) examine the problems and obstacles of cooperative education during the New Normal, 2) investigate the needs of enterprises that accept students for cooperative education, and 3) develop guidelines for cooperative education that align with the New Normal context. The study was conducted in the Bachelor of Science Program in Health and Beauty, Faculty of Integrative Medicine, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, using a mixed-methods research design. The samples included 19 students, 8 supervising instructors, and 9 enterprises. Research instruments consisted of a rating-scale questionnaire and in-depth interviews. Content validity was verified by three experts, yielding IOC values of 0.96 for student and academic supervisors questionnaires, 0.95 for the workplaces questionnaire, and 0.93, 0.90, and 0.94 for the student, academic supervisors, and workplaces interview forms, respectively. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while qualitative data were analyzed through content analysis. The findings revealed that: 1) students, academic supervisors, and workplaces encountered several challenges due to public health measures, limitations on service provision, and online supervision formats, which reduced opportunities for hands-on practice and increased coordination workloads; 2) enterprises required students with responsibility, communication skills, adaptability, and ICT competencies, as well as clearer institutional support from the university; and 3) appropriate development guidelines for cooperative education should emphasize student preparation through online platforms, proactive supervision, the use of digital tools for performance monitoring, and the selection of host organizations with adequate public health standards. Overall, responses indicated a high level of agreement on the importance of adapting cooperative education to the New Normal.

The results can be applied to enhance cooperative education management by promoting flexibility, transparency, and reducing unnecessary administrative burden. They also provide strategic directions for improving student preparation, supervision processes, and collaboration between the faculty and workplaces to ensure effective cooperative education practices within the New Normal context.
