ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษารางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาลพบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารความเสี่ยง 2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงและ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยง ของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษารางวัลคุณภาพแห่งสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาลพบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษารางวัลคุณภาพแห่ง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาลพบุรี จำนวน 223 คน ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบ ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .77 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำตัวแปรเข้าทั้งหมดเข้าสมการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหาร ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหาร ค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหาร ได้แก่ นโยบายและ กลยุทธ์ สารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร วัฒนธรรมองค์กร การสนับสนุนจากผู้บริหาร และโครงสร้างองค์กร สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษารางวัลคุณภาพแห่ง สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ร้อยละ 76.40 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

This research aimed to study: 1) the level of factors related to risk management, 2) the level of risk management efficiency and 3) factors affecting the risk management efficiency of administrators in school receiving the Office of the Basic Education Commission Quality Award under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Lop Buri. The sample group of this research consisted of 223 administrators and teachers from school receiving the Office of the Basic Education Commission Quality Award under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Lop Buri and was chosen with stratified random sampling. The research instrument for data collection was a five- point Likert scale questionnaire with the reliability of .77. The data were analyzed using the statistical analysis of mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis by enter method. The research results revealed that: 1) the overall mean of factors related to risk management of administrators in school receiving the Office of the Basic Education Commission Quality Award was at a highest level, 2) the overall mean of risk management efficiency of administrators in school receiving the Office of the Basic Education Commission Quality Award, was at a highest level and 3) factors affecting the risk management efficiency of administrators in school receiving the Office of the Basic Education Commission Quality Award comprised the policies and strategies, the information and communication, the organizational culture, the support from administrator, and the organizational structure. The factors could predict the level of risk management efficiency for administrators in school receiving the Office of the Basic Education Commission Quality Award at 76.40% with the statistical significance level of .05.
