ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 322 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.96 ใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .01

The objectives of this research aimed to study: 1) the level of creative leadership of the school administrators, 2) the effectiveness level of school and 3) relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness level of schoolunder the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani. The sample group used in the research was 322 teachers working under the Secondary Education Service Area Office. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.96. Statistical devices used in the research included frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the level of creative leadership the school administrators of the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani was overall at a high level. 2) The effectiveness of school level under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani was overall also at a high level. Lastly, 3) the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness level of schoolunder the Secondary Education Service Area Office Pathum Thani, overall, had a positive relationship at a relatively high level statistical significance at a level of .01.
